Weber® Apple Wood Chips are ideal for using with the Weber® Smokey Mountain Cooker™ or on both charcoal and gas barbecues to give a fruity and mild smoky flavour to your food.

For the perfect flavour soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using and simply sprinkle onto to the hot coals of a charcoal barbecue or place into a Weber® Smoker Box if using a gas barbecue.

A versatile flavour, Weber® Apple Wood Chips can be used with cheese, vegetables, fish, chicken and pork
